It offers a serious set of menu filled with healthy and uncorrupted Lebanese recipes. El-Sheikh’s executive Lebanese chef has more than a decade old experience in cooking Lebanese food for various hotels and 5-star restaurants in Lebanon.
El-Sheikh’s chefs utilize primarily the healthy grilling method of cooking. They use only excellent-grade volcanic charcoal to grill. All ingredients are fresh. Herbs and spices are genuine. No MSG, no tenderizers, no preservatives are added as ingredients. El-Sheikh uses healthy olive oil, a principal cooking element used in Mediterranean cuisine. So much effort is put in by the chefs just to prepare the food!
